Every week, Music News and Liberty Music look at the best new releases from emerging and self-releasing artists.

D’chrome Foster – ‘Pack Yo Bagz’
D’chrome Foster returns with ‘Pack Yo Bagz’, an infectious pop-rap single that blends smooth R&B melodies with modern hip-hop energy, capturing the joy of escape and living in the moment. Drawing on his journey from New York’s hip-hop battles to acclaimed off-Broadway roles, the Brooklyn-born artist delivers a playful yet polished track that highlights his genre-fluid sound and emotional depth.

Mouth Water – ‘JJ (Give and Take)’
Mouth Water releases ‘JJ (Give and Take)’, a mostly instrumental piece written for his newborn daughter that captures the fragile moment of meeting before familiarity and roles take shape. Stripped of synths and focused on mood, the track stands as one of Lawrence Fancelli’s most personal works, reflecting his gift for blending intimacy with understated electronic craft.

ÆTHR – ‘Santa Maria’
ÆTHR releases ‘Santa Maria’, a dark, cinematic electro-pop single that fuses gothic atmosphere with dance-floor intensity, signalling his rise as one of Portugal’s most exciting emerging pop visionaries. Written in a burst of inspiration and later expanded into a high-octane, theatrical soundscape, the track embodies his mission of confidence, self-love and unapologetic self-expression.

Alina Ly – ‘The Way Of My Lover’
Alina Ly’s debut album ‘Shoebox’ is an intimate, cinematic collection that transforms a decade of lived emotion into cathartic release and gentle healing. Cemented by the standout single ‘The Way of My Lover’, the album captures loss, acceptance and a newly unlocked depth of vulnerability in her songwriting.

Curfew – ‘Flaketown’
Curfew have broken through with their debut album ‘Black Doll’s Eyes’, delivering a cinematic release that blends raw intensity with reflective lyricism from the rising North Dublin trio. Recorded at Temple Lane Studios, the album features standout track ‘Flaketown’, a nostalgic-yet-modern reflection on human connection and digital-age distraction.
