Jessie Ware is set to perform at the 2026 BAFTA Film Awards.

The British singer-songwriter has been announced as a featured performer at this year’s ceremony and will take part in one of the evening’s most reflective moments.

Jessie is set to deliver a special tribute during the In Memoriam segment, which honours members of the film industry who have died over the past year. The tribute recognises the contribution of those who have shaped British and international cinema.

The British singer’s performance will come ahead of the release of her upcoming sixth studio album, Superbloom, which is due to be released on 10 April.

In a statement, Jessie described the opportunity as a “great honour”.

“It is a great honour to be performing at the BAFTAs in such an important and special moment to remember people & legends that have passed this year,” she said. “I’m singing a song from one of my favourite movies by one of my favourite artists and really cannot wait to be on stage in amongst a room of such talented individuals.”

Jessie joins EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami, the singing voices of Huntr/x from KPop Demon Hunters, who will give their first international performance of the animated film’s standout song Golden during the show.

The 2026 BAFTA Film Awards will take place on 22 February, with actor Alan Cumming hosting the ceremony. The event will be broadcast in the U.K. on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another leads the nominees with 14 nods, closely followed by Ryan Coogler’s supernatural thriller Sinners with 13.
