Boardmasters Festival, the iconic five-day fusion of music, surfing, and coastal culture, has announced a spectacular first wave of artists set to descend upon Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach from 5–9 August 2026.

The festival will be headlined by two titans of the UK scene: rock rebels Kasabian and electronic legend Fatboy Slim. Kasabian brings their legacy of seven consecutive UK No.1 albums and tracks like “Hippie Sunshine” from their upcoming ninth album. Meanwhile, GRAMMY and BRIT Award-winner Fatboy Slim promises a high-energy show featuring timeless anthems like “Praise You,” continuing his four-decade-long career.

Adding to the star-studded bill is Brighton’s indie powerhouse The Kooks, known for their sun-soaked singalongs, and one of UK rap’s most compelling voices, Loyle Carner, with his poetic lyricism and soulful delivery.

The line-up’s breadth is staggering, with over 50 more acts confirmed. Special afternoon guest headliners include grime and bass heavyweights Dizzee Rascal, Tinie Tempah, and Example. Festival-goers can also look forward to the explosive live set from Pendulum [Live], the infectious energy of Rudimental, and the fearless storytelling of Welsh rapper/singer-songwriter Ren in his first-ever festival main stage appearance. Tash Sultana also joins the fray for their only English festival performance of the year.

But Boardmasters is more than just music. Born from the surf, the event features the Boardmasters Open—a WSL Men’s & Women’s Pro competition—alongside a rich tapestry of coastal exploration. Attendees can enjoy skate battles, cliffside yoga, sound baths, spa sessions, and a vibrant Cornish food offering across the two stunning Newquay sites.

As the Atlantic backdrop sets the scene for this “rugged rave on a ragged coastline,” fans are urged to secure their spot quickly. Presale tickets go live on Thursday, 27th November, at 10 am, following the sign-up deadline at midnight on Wednesday, 26th November. Flexible payment plans, including options starting from under £30 per month, are available.
