Brittany Furlan has been granted a restraining order against Falling in Reverse‘s Ronnie Radke following last year’s catfish scandal.
Back in 2025, the two made headlines when Radke claimed that Furlan – the wife of Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee – was threatening him over an alleged affair. Radke has continuously claimed that the person Furlan was messaging in the affair was a catfish, someone who was pretending to be him online.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ (via Loudwire), Furlan was granted a civil harassment restraining order by the court on March 17. The two-year order requires Radke to stay at least 100 yards away from Furlan, her home, and her workplace, as well as prohibiting him from contacting her – directly or indirectly – until March 20, 2028.
As noted by Loudwire, one individual later uploaded court documents to Reddit, which further stated that Radke is not allowed to mention Furlan online or encourage others to contact or harass her. If he fails to adhere to the conditions in the order, he could be arrested and charged with a crime that may result in jail time for up to one year, a $1,000 fine, or both.
In May of 2025, Furlan shared that she had been communicating on social media with someone she believed to be the Falling in Reverse frontman, although the vocalist denied that the conversations she had were with him, instead suggesting that she had fallen for a scam.
She later explained how she fell for the supposed catfish, telling fans she was lonely, which meant she “grasp[ed] onto any affection that anyone gives you.”
The resulting back-and-forth saw both continue to share posts about each other on social media, resulting in Radke mocking her in a Falling in Reverse music video.
Earlier this year, the drama came to a head once again, after Furlan accused Radke of attempting to contact her through alleged fake social media accounts, which the singer denied having any connection to. He hit back in a series of videos disparaging Furlan’s character and appearance.
Radke later attempted to file a restraining order against Furlan, which was denied in January. The singer claimed he subpoenaed Snapchat in order to uncover the identity of the individual who was allegedly impersonating him.
Furlan then filed a restraining order against Radke later that month, which was initially denied because the court clerk didn’t find it to be an emergency order. However, the court decided to hold a hearing to address the request, and it has now been granted.
The identity of the person or persons who allegedly impersonated Radke has not yet been publicly revealed.
