Falling in Reverse’s Ronnie Radke reportedly files restraining order against Brittany Furlan for alleged harassment after catfish scandal resurfaces

Falling in Reverse‘s Ronnie Radke has reportedly filed a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan, alleging harassment regarding a catfish scandal in 2025.

The two first made headlines just under a year ago, when Radke claimed that Furlan – the estranged wife of Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee – was threatening him over an alleged affair. Radke has continuously claimed that the person Furlan was messaging in the affair was a catfish, someone who was pretending to be him online.

The Falling In Reverse singer then shared a back-and-forth text conversation between him and Tommy Lee, where the Mötley Crüe drummer seemingly accused him of having an affair with Furlan.

“I like you bro I wouldn’t mess with your wife,” Radke told Lee, who responded with “That’s funny because she says you’re lying”.

Radke would later share a Story on Instagram claiming that Furlan “fell in love with a Ronnie Radke impersonator on Snapchat”, and he found out about it when she drove to his house. He also claimed that Furlan “refused to believe” that she had been catfished, and had been “calling my lawyer and threatening me”.

Later, Furlan responded to his allegations in a seven-minute TikTok video (which has since been removed) and claimed that she “had enough” and that Radke had “been harassing me for two weeks. He’s been sent three cease and desists and has not listened.”

Now, the topic has been brought to the surface again, and Radke has reportedly filed for a temporary restraining order against Furlan, alleging harassment on her part.

The filing was done in Los Angeles yesterday (Monday January 5), and according to TMZ, requests that she be ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from him.

It comes as Furlan spoke about the scandal over the weekend, taking to Instagram Stories to share screenshots of messages and comments she had received from a user.

She claimed that the user “kept messaging me and leaving fucked up comments on my page”, as well as on the pages of Tommy Lee and of Radke’s ex-girlfiend, Saraya.

She then went on to insinuate that Radke was behind the anonymous account, and said that she did some digging and discovered that the last two digits of the phone number linked to the account were the same as in Radke’s number – suggesting he was the user sending the messages and posting the comments.

“Ronnie’s friends gave me his several phone numbers that he has (which he swore he didn’t have). And he’ll continue to swear he doesn’t have more than one phone but he does,” she then wrote. “As I was told by people that were very close to him for years.”

Later, she addressed the catfish scandal on Stories and insisted that she wanted to “move on” from it.

“This is not how I wanted to start my new year. I wanted to leave this behind and move on with my husband. But every time someone posts a video about me being ‘catfished’ I defend myself because I know the truth,” she claimed.

“He [Radke] doesn’t like that I do that so he’s trying to shut me down even more. He knows the truth too,” she added. “I’d like to move on with my life. I’d like to be led the fuck alone. Not hunted from burners and what not.

“I’m not gonna be gaslit any further. Thank you to everyone who has messaged me and has been the subject of a smear campaign when the narcissist gets caught. It’s not fun. Now please let me move on with my life.

In response, Radke took to social media to accuse Furlan of making all of the accusations up, and alleged that she was trying to get people to talk about him to TMZ.

“You’re messaging fucking parasocial, psychopath fans trying to get them to lie to create false narratives about me. You’re a piece of shit. You wanna talk about who’s narcissistic? You’re narcissistic,” Radke said in this post.

He then went on to claim that fans had reached out to him to say that Furlan was “harassing” them, and alluded to legal action on the way.

“Let’s see what your reality looks like under oath,” he said, adding that he was frustrated that Tommy Lee now dislikes him because of the scandal. “You know how hard it is that somebody I grew up listening to like your husband hates my fucking guts now and is convinced that I’m doing some secret weirdo shit when I’m not,” he added.

“I put that on my fucking child and my dead brother, I’ve never Snapchatted you in my fucking life.”

Speaking to TMZ about the reported restraining order that has been filed, a representative for Furlan said that they were “aware” of the filing, and once again claimed that “the claims being made about Ms. Furlan are not accurate.”

“Our legal counsel issued multiple cease-and-desist notices in May after what we considered to be a pattern of harassment, bullying and false public statements about her. Those notices were acknowledged but the behaviour continued,” the rep continued. “Ms. Furlan will respond through the court process and hopes the matter can be resolved peacefully. No further comment will be made at this time.”
