Jenni Rivera’s La Gran Señora (Banda) Now Available on CD & Vinyl

Jenni Rivera’s legacy continues to grow with the release of La Gran Señora (Banda) in CD and vinyl formats. This revamped edition of her iconic 2009 album brings back the most representative tracks of the Diva de la Banda, featuring arrangements that highlight her signature banda style. The album radiates vibrant energy with trumpets, trombones, and tubas, complemented by percussion and clarinets that enhance its dynamic rhythm. These elements amplify the power and authenticity of Jenni’s unmistakable voice, keeping her musical essence alive.

“Every song by Jenni Rivera tells a story, and these editions allow her fans to relive her voice and power, as if she were singing to them once again,” says Jacqie Rivera, CEO of Jenni Rivera Enterprises. Meanwhile, Johnny López, Jenni Rivera’s son and the album’s creative director, adds: “We know that our mom’s fans value the details that make her music unique. Bringing La Gran Señora (Banda) to vinyl and CD offers them an experience that celebrates her life, career, and the emotion she always shared with them.”

Fans can purchase both formats through Amazon or at jenniriverafashion.com.

Gaby Moreno Makes Her Broadway Debut

Gaby Moreno made her Broadway debut last Tuesday (March 3) in the Tony-Award winning musical Hadestown. In this show — which reimagines the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice in a post-apocalyptic setting inspired by the Depression era and New Orleans jazz — the Guatemalan singer-songwriter plays Persephone, Hades’ wife. Moreno will be performing throughout the season, till October. If you’re in New York City or planning a visit, you can find more information and tickets here.

Mario Bautista to Make His Las Vegas Debut on Cinco de Mayo

Mario Bautista will make his debut as a headlining artist in the United States with two concerts on May 1 and 2 at Voltaire, located inside the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, just ahead of Cinco de Mayo weekend. The Mexican artist, known for hits like “Baby Girl,” “Brindó,” and “Cabrón Yo Puedo,” will also showcase music from his upcoming album Lover Boy. “I’m so pumped to be taking the stage at Voltaire,” said Bautista in a press release. “Getting to share my music in a venue like this, there’s nothing like it.” Tickets are now available at voltairelv.com.
