While the mystery of Chuck Timely is still confounding some fans, Role Model is gearing up to hit the road this fall in support of his upcoming third studio album, Chuck Timely & the Hourglass. The singer born Tucker Pillsbury announced the dates for the North American leg of the Chuck on Tour outing on Thursday (June 18), revealing that the Live Nation-promoted swing is slated to kick off on Sept. 9 in Bend, Ore. at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater.
The 26-stop tour will them move on to Seattle, Vancouver, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Nashville, Houston, Phoenix, San Diego and two nights at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles before winding down on Oct. 18 at the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley in Berkeley, Calif.; Samia will open on the North American shows.
After the North American run in support of the LP that is due out on Aug. 7, Role Model will kick off a string of 2027 European shows on Feb. 11 at the Tempodrom in Berlin, Germany.
Tickets will go on sale first via Mastercard and American Airlines presales beginning on Tuesday (June 23) at 10 a.m. local time, followed by a Spotify Reserved presale on June 23 at 12 p.m. local time and an artist presale launching on June 24 at 10 a.m. local time. The singer posted a video hyping the Reserved by Spotify sale on Thursday, saying it will hold back tickets to each of his shows to “guarantee that real fans get access.” The Spotify tickets may be available to eligible U.S. Spotify Premium subscribers through Ticketmaster, with fans getting notified by Spotify via email and app notification about an chance to purchase up to two tickets during the Reserved presale.
Role Model released his latest single, the summery “High Hopes 3000,” which landed him his first chart position on the Billboard Hot 100 this week when it debuted at No. 94 on the chart dated June 20.
