Debí Tirar Más Fotos represented a significant portion of the 36 million on-demand streams that the artist racked up in the day following his Album of the Year win

Bad Bunny had a big night at the Grammy Awards this past weekend, where Debí Tirar Más Fotos became the first Spanish-language album to be awarded Album of the Year. While the stars in attendance filtered out to afterparties and returned to normal life following the ceremony, fans were pressing play on the history-making album.

According to Luminate, via Billboard, streams on Debí Tirar Más Fotos increased by 240 percent on Monday compared to the prior Monday. The album brought in more than 16 million on-demand streams in the U.S., representing only a portion of the total 36 million streams Bad Bunny brought in within that 24-hour period (a 117 percent boost). The record also saw an increase in sales, with digital singles sales moving up 903 percent to almost 2,000 sales. Bad Bunny saw around 1,000 additional sales on songs not featured on the album, bringing in a total 591 percent increase in digital singles sales.

Grammy Awards host Trevor Noah serenading Bad Bunny with the English-translation of his song “DtMF” inspired some listening, too. The record saw a 273 percent increase in streams compared to tracking on Jan. 26, moving from 733,000 to more than 2.7 million streams.

This weekend, Bad Bunny will make history once again as the first artist to headline the Super Bowl halftime show in Spanish. Whatever career-spanning medley he plans on performing will likely replicate a boost in his streaming numbers.

Looking ahead to potential 2027 Grammy Award nominees, Olivia Dean saw a 65 percent increase in catalog streams, bringing in nearly 15 million streams on Monday, Feb. 2. The Best New Artist winner will be eligible at next year’s ceremony for her latest album, The Art of Loving, which features the singles “Man I Need,” “Nice to Each Other,” and “So Easy (To Fall in Love).”
